Stonar School are seeking an organised and detail-focused Examinations & Assessment Officer to play a key role in the smooth and secure delivery of examinations and assessments across the School. Working from Nursery through to Sixth Form, the postholder will coordinate internal and external examinations, standardised and admissions assessments, ensuring processes are accurate, compliant and well organised.
Reporting to the Deputy Head Academic, with a functional reporting relationship to the Academic Data & Systems Manager, the role will also be responsible for recruiting, training and organising the School’s invigilator pool, ensuring appropriate invigilation is in place for examination sessions. The postholder will work closely with academic colleagues to ensure pupils, parents and staff receive accurate and timely information, as well as providing process support for specialist examinations including ABRSM, LAMDA and Cambridge English.

• Part-time, permanent, year-round position
• Working days and hours will vary throughout the year. During peak periods, including public examinations, internal examination and assessment periods and results days, the postholder may be required to work additional or different days and hours, balanced by reduced attendance during quieter periods.
• 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (Holidays must be taken during school holidays)
• Complimentary lunch during term time when the school kitchen is open
